Our Homes, Our Votes
Affordable Homes are Built with Ballots
Our Homes, Our Votes is a non-partisan campaign in partnership with the National Low Income Housing Coalition to engage, inform, and mobilize tenant voters.
In 2022, many of our congress members and state legislators are facing re-election. This is our chance to kick out real estate lobby pawns and support representatives truly protecting and advancing tenants’ rights. This is our chance to hold our lawmakers responsible for safe and affordable housing in New York.
Meet the Candidates
We developed a non-partisan questionnaire to educate tenant voters on each candidate’s stance on the housing issues directly impacting them. Candidate responses included below are not meant to serve as an endorsement of/for any particular candidate and/or political party. This is not a comprehensive list; Candidates who did not respond to our questionnaire are not listed.
