You are cordially invited to join the Tenants & Neighbors' Rent Stabilized Leadership Committee Meeting on Tuesday, September 19th via Zoom, from 6pm-8pm. Plug into this monthly committee meeting to provide input on our city and statewide organizing for rent control! 

At this meeting:

• We will go over the new Rent Guidelines Board increases for rent regulated tenants in NYC that will be effective October 1St.

• We’ll discuss our current proposals to reform the Rent Guidelines Board for rent-regulated tenants to have a fairer and more democratic and stronger voice in the process.

• Lastly, we will provide a brief update on the landlord's lawsuit against the HSPTA being heard by the Supreme Court and how we can prepare.
